Self‐management in self‐portrait, beginnings, present and the future

Why am I writing about the topic of self‐management ‐ a limitless superpower in the self‐test. I had to teach myself the topic step by step on a painful experience. I want to take you on a journey, from suffering to happiness and how self‐management helped me to have a more beautiful life. We have everything in our hands to live the life we want with all our hearts. It starts with you and for this it needs all of us individually.

Chapter 1: The beginning

The journey of self-management is a personal one, but it can have a profound impact on our lives. For me, it began with a difficult experience as a young student struggling to pass exams and complete my studies in a timely manner. There is a quote from Confucius that can hardly describe it more aptly.

"Man has three ways to act wisely. First, by thinking: this is the noblest. Second, by imitation: This is the easiest. Third, by experience: this is the bitterest."

I knew something had to change, but I didn't know what. I spent my time playing mobile games and wasting my energy on tasks that didn't matter. It wasn't until I asked myself why I was managing a fictional character in a virtual world instead of myself that I realized the need for change.

Chapter 2: The Present

I spent the next 12 years learning how to manage my time and myself effectively. I set goals and used all my resources to achieve them. I practiced different sports and developed habits like self-reflection and meditation to help direct my thoughts and actions. But through perseverance and a desire to change my circumstances, I was able to turn my life around and develop the skills and mindset necessary for success. Today, I am a 31-year-old individual who is in control of my time and my life, I am happy with who I am and where I am in life. I set goals and use all of my resources to achieve them, pushing myself to the limit and embracing the feeling of total exhaustion as a sign of progress. Mindset is above all and is the superpower par excellence. My mindset is something I have worked hard on, formed and is the main reason why I am where I am today.

Chapter 3: The Future

In the future, I hope to continue developing my self-management skills and sharing them with others. Self-management is a limitless superpower that we all have within us. It all starts with taking control of our time, our thoughts, and our actions, and using them wisely to create the life we want. By setting goals, developing good habits and routines, and focusing on continuous improvement, we can unlock our full potential and live the lives we truly desire. I am confident that, with hard work, dedication, and a positive mindset, anyone can achieve their dreams and live a life of purpose and meaning. So let's embrace the limitless superpower of self-management and make the most of every moment, every day.
